service that is available on all three inspection
levels.
Inspection stages
1) When the client legally completes, (some developers
do not like to have inspections before this)
2) On month 13 of the warranty as the property would
have had a 12 month settling period and been through all
four seasons, (this is when things like window, door
seals & lead flashings can show their problems)
3) On month 22 as the property is only 8 weeks from
coming out of the developer’s warranty.

P) The Premier inspection is the basic package
as it only involves 3 site visits over the 2 years with
the defect reports being sent to the client and the
developer. This means the client will have to liaise
with the developer to rectify defects.
P+) The Premier Plus inspection is the
mid-range package as it still involves 3 site visits
over the 2 years with the defect report being sent to
the client and the developer, however Dundeal liaise
directly with the developers on the clients behalf.
PL) The Platinum inspection is the top package
as it involves 2 site visits per home inspection and the
defect report being sent to the client for information
only.
Dundeal take control of the defect report and after
issuing it to the developers. We instruct the developers
to complete the works within 28 days. Then we re-visit
the property again to ensure that the work has been
completed, taking control so the client has no need to
worry about dealing with the developer, (wasting time
and potentially money).
Of course all our inspection packages include our 2 year
after care service at no extra cost to you.
