WHAT WE OFFER!
Our professional new build snag inspections are
provided throughout the United Kingdom.
The ideal time to inspect a new property is just after
you legally complete on the property, as some developers
class the property as part of the build site before this
time and can restrict access.
The inspection can take place anytime within the
developers two year warranty period, however please
remember when developers are still building on the site,
you will generally gain a faster response from the
tradesmen who are working on the building site.
After we have inspected the property we will issue the
report within 2 working days. The report can be sent via
e-mail, fax or post up to a maximum of 4 copies.
If an urgent copy of the report is required this can be
e-mailed to you on the same day as the inspection, this
would be a working copy only and not checked or signed
off by a director.
At the time of our report being issued our free support
and advice service starts.
Of course all our inspection packages include our 2 year
after care service at no extra cost to you.
We do not have contracts with large developers so there
is no conflict of interest.
Dundeal also offers a comprehensive 2 year service that
is available on all three inspection types, starting at
only £549.00 we undertake to visit the property at the
following times:-
1 When the client legally completes, (some developers do
not like to have inspections before this)
2 On month 13 of the warranty as the property would have
had a 12 month settling period and been through all four
seasons, (this is when things like window, door seals &
lead flashings can show their problems)
3 On month 22 as the property is only 8 weeks from
coming out of the developer’s warranty.
Our Platinum service involves six visits in total to the
client’s property over a two year period, plus dealing
with the developer about all the issues with the
property.
We also have a structural engineer whom can be called
upon if the inspection staff find, something more
serious needing the attention of a structural engineer.
